Dr. Andreas Radmacher

Dr. Andreas Radmacher is co-founder and managing partner of R3 Asset Management Partners. He has many years of management experience in all market models of the energy and commodities industry, from regulated through to liberalized markets – electricity and gas, production and sales, as well as technical project management.

He began his career in 1995 at STEAG. In 1998, he joined ENRON where he was appointed to the position of managing director of Enron Energie GmbH in Frankfurt in 2001. From 2002 through 2013, Andreas successively held executive board positions in the RWE Group: Transgas a.s., Prague, RWE Energy AG, Dortmund and RWE Turkey Holding A.S., Istanbul. In 2013, he joined the management board of the DAX company K+S AG, where he headed up the global Potash and Magnesium Products business segment until February 2016. In 2016, Andreas was appointed chairman of enercast GmbH, Kassel, and in March 2018 Senior Advisor and Operating Partner of ARDIAN Infrastructure, Paris.
